They are forever wishing and hoping things were different, but they keep thinking someone will come along, wave a magic wand and all their wants will be fullfilled without them lifting a finger. They keep hoping that white knight will show up and turn their switch, but it never happens. It's sad, but you simply must have a better plan than that.

Without that sense of urgency, where you truly MUST get going, you never will. IF you ever want to harvest a crop, you must take action and plant it. Without action nothing happens. So what is YOUR plan for your future? Have you given it any thought?

If you want to have a future, you better get started. You need to take action. You need to put feet to the plan and go to work. Unless you change and get started, you will always be sitting and wishing it were different.

Sometimes the people that need it most are the ones that will NEVER get it, because they are not willing to pay the price. They are just not motivated enough to do anything about it.

If you're a leader, building a business, you will build a strong business by finding great people. Great people are found, not drug into something. Never try to drag anyone into your business unless they have the motivation and desire to be there. Dragging people without motivation will literally wear you out.

So what do YOU want? Do you know? If you know what you want, and take action, it's only a matter of time till you get it. If you don't know, how will you be able to chart a path to get it?

When you're interviewing people for your business, make sure to interview and find people that know what THEY want. Find people willing to step up and go to work. Don't try to change people with no desire or motivation. Find those with a burning desier to succeed and then watch what happens.
